This walk explores mystery of who really designed the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park, one the first modernist Prairie-style buildings in Ottawa. I will also tell you about the three man-made miracles associated with the building and gardens. We will then take a walk around the new Civic Gardens where raised beds have been designed with many interesting horticultural and historical themes. Something for all heritage and garden enthusiasts to enjoy!

Route

Meet outside the front entrance of the Horticulture Building.  From there, we'll walk around the perimeter of the building and the park and gardens to the east of it.
